In the case of that moral standard which is eternal and is embedded in our conscience at birth by the God who gave us life, this is surely the truth. On the other hand, we need to fully understand how the Adversary of all men and his followers here on earth operate, and that is they appeal to an eternal moral standard in a false way, that unfortunately succeeds in deceiving many who fail to reason, to think deeply, to look at both short term and long term consequences, and history ... or who have been handicapped, if you will, by a faulty state mandated education that is full of such false moral manipulations and lacking in giving these future citizens the tools to reason properly, even as it has developed within them a hostility to religious truth/eternal truth and the God who is the author of these things, and replaced it with a new God and faulty, relativistic, even dialectic counter. In that a void must be filled, it is, and to these folks they indeed become deceived into believing good is evil and evil is good. The Third Way is one of the tools for overthrowing morality in that it upfront purports to support solid moral standards as they ought to be, but subtly betrays them. Those who fall for this are not necessarily betrayed by their moral thinking, but by their intellectual laziness to see the headline claim to morality through to its fine print legislative finish ... and the results it produces. Communication industry is making the biggest profits and nobody is calling them evil. My world went into dust when I realized Gingrich is into the third wave. They were teaching Tofler as neo-marxist in 1990 when I went to college in the USSR. The whole future vision of Tofler is extremely creepy.
