Go Utah Go! Glen Beck should hear about this to get some good publicity, so other states can join in the fight. May our United States Constitution reign supreme. Smaller government, state govenment trumps federal!

We each own ourselves. Rights other property are an extension of that original ownership. Ethically, legitimate property rights are initially established by individuals mixing their sweat (labor) with a previously unclaimed resource. Once established, these justly acquired titles to property may be properly transferred through voluntary exchange, gift, or bequeath (the owner can even destroy the property, if he so desires).

Government "claims title” to 65% of the land west of the 100th Meridian, but only because it's guns are bigger than the rightful owners’. Ethically, it is impossible for any level of government to acquire or "own" property because, simply stated, it does not "own" anything that it hasn't previously taken from someone else at the point of a gun.

IMHO, the records are sufficient to trace the titles to these lands (and resources) to their rightful owner to which they should be returned post haste.

Yours for freedom in our lifetimes.

This heartens me. Thank You. The Fed gvt owns more than half the land in the west. They can make it a seperate administrative unit if they please. Our Fort Knox of natural resources is there. The Nat. Gas, oil, oil shale, etc.than you can only klearn about in alternative publications. They won't give the land to the states because it would mean giving up the control that keeps us from using OUR OWN gas and oil. This advances the agenda of reducing America to the might and influence of
'just another country.' A Heritage Foundation author advanced his book and this theory on Book TV last weekend. This viewpoint makes many gvt nonsence initiatives make sence. We were 30% dependent on foreign oil when Carter established the Dept. of Energy. Was the intent to make us 70% dependent as we became by 2008.
