Right now, a bill is sitting on the desk of Florida Governor Charlie Crist that could ban state and federal funding for abortion in Florida and also require that ultrasound pictures and information be provided to women seeking abortions. Governor Crist has claimed to be pro-life but now has expressed “concerns,” and he is threatening to veto it as early as this afternoon! It is critical to contact him immediately.
This bill could save thousands of babies, once their mothers realize they are carrying a living, healthy baby. It is the most significant piece of pro-life legislation ever passed in Florida’s history. The abortion industry also understands the importance of this bill, and they are aggressively opposing it. Please contact Governor Charlie Crist now, and respectfully urge him to sign this landmark pro-life bill into law.
